Marisa Pappalardo

Born in 1960.

She graduated in Law magna cum laude from the University of Florence in 1983. She was part of Libonati law firm (from 1983 to 2010) and afterwards she founded Caiazzo, Donnini, Pappalardo & Associati law firm. She joined Nuziante Magrone law firm in september 2025. From 1984 to 2009 she assisted the chair of commercial law of “La Sapienza” University, in Rome.

She is specialized in company law and provides legal assistance to controlling companies and groups in relation to corporate ownership structures and corporate governance, matters pertaining to business, finance, banking and bankruptcy. She has dealt with corporate transactions of an extraordinary nature (mergers, share and asset acquisitions, public tender offers and privatizations).

She has gained a remarkable experience in litigation matters before civil courts, in relation to the areas in which she is specialized. She has taken part in arbitral proceedings both as a lawyer and as an arbitrator.

She is a member of the Italian Bar and is qualified to practice before the Italian High Courts.

She has been Director of Pirelli & C. S.p.A. since 2017.

She was Director of Bper S.p.A. from 2018 to 2024; of Finstar S.p.A. from 2011 to 2020; of Sintermar S.p.A. from 2013 to 2014; of Common Representative of Bondholders Generali S.p.A. (formerly INA S.p.A.) from 2000 to 2009; Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Meridiana Finanza S.p.A. from 1993 to 1995.
